1. Use of Service


You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial gadget-tracking purposes.


You agree not to misuse the app to track devices or individuals without proper authorization.


2. Accuracy & Disclaimer of Warranty


The app provides device tracking based on Bluetooth signal strength, GPS coordinates, and hardware availability. Accuracy depends on environmental obstacles, signal interference, and hardware limitations.


The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jean Couture does not guarantee that every lost device will be successfully recovered.


3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jean Couture shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, loss of data, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use this app.


4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

License Grant Licensor grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the application on any compatible mobile device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this agreement. 2.
