App Usage Data: We may collect non-personal analytics to monitor app performance, crash logs, and improve user experience.


2. How We Use Your Information


To scan, locate, and track your lost Bluetooth and smart devices.


To generate distance meters, last seen timestamps, and smart separation alerts.


To store your app preferences (such as favorite devices and customized device names) locally on your device.


3. Data Storage and Security


All device scans, custom labels, favorites, and location tracking happen directly on your mobile device.


We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal location data or device logs to third-party servers.


4. Permissions Required


Location Permission: Required to scan nearby Bluetooth devices and display live map positions.


Bluetooth Permission: Required to detect, measure signal strength, and connect to nearby hardware.


Notifications: Required to send instant smart alerts when a device disconnects or moves out of range.

 Effective Date: August 24, 2026 This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Jean Couture ("Licensor") for the mobile application Find Lost Device, Watch. 1. License Grant Licensor grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the application on any compatible mobile device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this agreement. 2. Restrictions on Use You shall not: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
 Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the application.
 Use the app for any illegal tracking, stalking, or unauthorized surveillance purposes.
