End User License Agreement (EULA)

 Effective Date: August 24, 2026


This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Jean Couture ("Licensor") for the mobile application Find Lost Device, Watch.


1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the application on any compatible mobile device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this agreement.


2. Restrictions on Use

You shall not:


Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.


Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the application.


Use the app for any illegal tracking, stalking, or unauthorized surveillance purposes.


3. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies.


4. No Guarantee of Recovery

You acknowledge that Bluetooth scanning and GPS capabilities are subject to physical range, battery status, and hardware constraints. Licensor makes no guarantees regarding the recovery of lost items.


5. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.

 Effective Date: August 24, 2026 By downloading, installing, or using Find Lost Device, Watch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application. 1. Use of Service You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial gadget-tracking purposes.
 You agree not to misuse the app to track devices or individuals without proper authorization.
 2. Accuracy & Disclaimer of Warranty The app provides device tracking based on Bluetooth signal strength, GPS coordinates, and hardware availability. Accuracy depends on environmental obstacles, signal interference, and hardware limitations.
 The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jean Couture does not guarantee that every lost device will be successfully recovered.
